Gardaland offers a unique MICE (meetings, incentives, congress, events) product in Italy. We seriously recommend our pioneering "trend of work and fun concept". This idea been subsequently copied throughout by the Italian conferencing market. Additionally our hotels business facilities can cater for meetings between 10 to 1300 individuals. Gardaland's amusement Park and the newly built Gardaland Hotel Resort are unique venues for both the leisure and business market.

You can rest assured our Meeting & Special Events Department can seamlessly arrange any themed, seasonal or special events for you. With our five-onsite restaurants we can easily provide our catering speciality, whatever your needs.

PARK: GARDALAND THEATRE

This majestic new Art Deco theatre can accommodate up to 1,300 people. This room is ideal for any high impact show or event. This huge 24.000 cubic meters structure is equipped with the ultimate technology devices and a gigantic amphitheatre. The theatre's foyer has location enjoys a spacious foyer; ideal for cocktail parties and coffee breaks.

PARK: Convention Centre

Located in the heart of the park, the Convention Centre has a capacity for 510 people. State-of-the-art technical equipment, a multifunctional stage and professional staff are available.

This is a great conference, prize presentation, and performance or show location. Delegates can enjoy a series of Gardaland's breathtaking shows. These include laser and lighting performances, special water-effects, musicals and many others - to finish-off a meeting in grand style.

PARK: The Camelot Room

This function room has handy access next to the park's main entrance. Located n the Medieval area, the Camelot room accommodates up to 85 people. Business users are attracted to this room as it enjoys a elegant and reserved atmosphere.

Delegates can enjoy a quick snack at the "Antico Feudo's" located in the Medieval square nearby.

PARK: The Palablù Room

Located at a short walking distance to the Arabian and Hawaiian theme villages and next to the dolphin pool, the Palablù Room accommodate up to 83 seats. This room provides an inspiring break from traditional business meetings with its privileged underwater views to the meeting room.

The room is directly connected via an underwater tunnel with panoramas of our colourful aquariums and dolphin tank.
